1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. You have the right to cancel your order anytime before your order has been processed for dispatch by our warehouse.
1.2. All orders received before 4pm PST are processed the same day.
1.3. Please contact our customer service department for additional assistance.
2. Return and Refund Policy
2.1. You have the right to return the unused portion of your order to us and get a full refund.
2.2. To return your order to us for a full refund you must contact us by live chat, phone or email, to request return instructions and get a return merchandise authorization number.
2.3. NOTE! You will have to pay for return shipping.
2.4. Packages received at the warehouse without a return merchandise authorization number will NOT be refunded.
2.5. Packages received past the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee timeline will NOT be refunded.
2.6. Once your package has been received by our warehouse you will automatically be issued a refund within 48 hours.
2.7. Please note that it can take your bank 3-5 business days to process your refund.
3. Shipping Policy
3.1. Our products are shipped worldwide via DHL or other carriers depending on your location.
3.2. Packages will arrive within 5-8 business days for urban locations, and within 5-12 business days for all other zones.
3.3. Shipping and handling of all orders are free. We have included standard shipping and handling in all prices listed on this website.
3.4. Please note that shipments are not implemented on Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays. Orders placed after 10AM MST on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday.
3.5. All packages are insured, delivery is guaranteed.
3.6. If your package is lost in transit, stolen, damaged, or fails to be delivered for any reason, we will reship it for free.
3.7. We cannot guarantee the excat time or arrival date as this does not depend solely on us.
4. Reversals and Chargebacks
4.1. In case of an ambiguous situation, we reserve the right to file a complaint with the appropriate local and federal authorities to investigate.
4.2. All your activity and IP address information is being monitored. This information may be used in a civil and/or criminal cases against a client if there is fraudulent use of the website and or theft of products offered on this website.
